GNU GPL v3 license text

DynaCut AI includes or downloads the third-party components listed below. Each keeps its own copyright and license. This file lists them for attribution; the full license texts ship with each component (Python *.dist-info/licenses, npm node_modules/<pkg>/LICENSE, font name tables) and in the links given.

1. AI models (downloaded on first use, not embedded in the installer)

Notes on VieNeu-TTS: the model card asks to retain the license notice and attribution for the original project (https://github.com/pnnbao97/VieNeu-TTS) and the Hugging Face package. The speakers of the preset voices consented to AI training; users who clone their own reference voice must have the right to use that voice and must not impersonate or defraud.

4. FFmpeg (bin/ffmpeg, bundled in the installer)

The bundled binary is ffmpeg 9.0.1-essentials_build-www.gyan.dev, configured with --enable-gpl --enable-version3 (libx264, libx265, libxvid, libvidstab, libvmaf, librubberband and others). It is therefore distributed under the GNU GPL v3. Source code and build information: https://www.gyan.dev/ffmpeg/builds/ and https://ffmpeg.org/. DynaCut AI runs FFmpeg as a separate process and does not link it.

The GPL v3 text is included in the installer (ffmpeg/LICENSE-GPL-3.0.txt) and at https://dynacut.site/third-party-notices/gpl-3.0.txt. The corresponding source code is available at https://ffmpeg.org/releases/ffmpeg-9.0.1.tar.xz.

6. Remotion

Remotion is used for caption rendering and the editor preview. Its license allows free use (including commercial) by individuals, for-profit organizations with up to 3 employees, and non-profits; larger for-profit companies need a paid Company License (https://www.remotion.dev/license). Remotion's license also forbids selling or sublicensing a derivative of Remotion itself.
